October Riley Club Cards

We are proud to present the October Riley Club cards! These wonderful cards were made by new and seasoned cardmakers as part of our Riley Fan Card Club. If yours is missing, make sure to get it in so we can proudly display it.

I absolutely love the Riley Moose stamps (they can be purchased at Polkadots). They are red rubber clings and they stamp so nice, not to mention how cute they are. I never met a "Riley" I didn't like!

If you want to be part of the fun, contact Deb to get signed up!  Stay tuned for the Pumpkin Riley cards our group has made.

OK girls, you all have your next Riley, "Sick Riley" due next month and the "Package Riley" due in December that are being delivered to you now.

Have fun....

Show & Tell, Green Bay, WI Die Cut Club

We wanted to share an adorable card made by Maria from our Quickutz Die Cut Club.

Maria took the large cookie cutter haunted house from QuicKutz (now called Lifestyle Crafts) and cut the house in half allowing for two perfectly shaped old houses like you would find on the streets of many of the older neighborhoods.

Inside Maria stamped "Best Witches to You" which is a perfect saying for our little witch.

I shipped a package up to Green Bay for the unveiling last weekend, can't wait to see everyone's cards. I wish I could have been there but personal obligations (and other fun in the shape of a great wedding) took precidence this month from my trek up north.

Happy Halloween everyone, hope to see you girls soon!

Welcome Home Clyde

This card is in honor of the new addition to our family. Clyde puppy will be rescued this evening from a kill shelter in Southern Illinois. He will be our second blue tick coon hound. We absolutely love this stamp and saying. Both are available at Polkadots & More!

Tonight Clyde & Scrappy will meet and Clyde will be welcomed into his new home. We have been told that hounds are usually put down sooner due to less interest in their breed. The same is true for black colored dogs. This is why Amy & Jon adopted Ray, their black lab mix.

It will be interesting to see life with two big dogs but first we have to get 2 year old Clyde healthier and put some weight on him. Scrappy was 51 pounds and is now a healthy 82 pounds. Clyde looks thin as well and we will get him healthy and happy very soon. We saved another one! Welcome Clyde!

Amy & I wanted to thank everyone for a fantastic day full of fun yesterday at class. We just had to share some cards that Deb Keizer made in a class using an owl punch by Stampin' Up. She did a fantastic job showing how many ways you can use this punch. Deb, great job & thank you for sharing with us!

Green Bay, WI Die Cut Club

I just had to share a sneak peak of two of the cards that are being shipped up to Green Bay, Wisconsin for our Green Bay Die Cut Club meeting this month.

The die for this month is the mug from Lifestyle Crafts.

My friend, Jan Wiley from Illinois made this awesome 50's looking card right down to the bow that looks like the apron strings on my mom's apron. The second card is mine and I just could not wait to use the snarkie saying inside.

Jan stamped a donut, colored it with Copics and used some Glossy Accents that we picked up at Polkdadots and More a week or so ago. It looks like a real chocolate glazed donut! Too stinkin' cute!

Thanks again Jan, can't wait to see what everyone else did with the mug die this month.

The Riley Moose Fan Club

I thought this would be a good opportunity to talk about the Riley Moose Fan Club. There are 6 and 12 month memberships available. As a member, you will receive a Riley Moose stamp each month to create a card to hang up in the Polkadots store. Each month you drop off a card and pick up the previous months card and the new Riley Moose stamp. This card is Amy's October card using Mummy Riley. Please email Deb with questions or if you are interested in signing up!
